HILAL ÇAKANER
Founder
With over 20 years of international experience, Hilal Çakaner is a seasoned leader in luxury spa management, wellness program development, and holistic guest experiences. Her career began at the prestigious Six Senses Spa at the Kempinski Hotel, where she worked as a spa therapist, esthetician, and certified yoga instructor—laying a strong foundation in hands-on wellness therapies and guest-centered care.
Hilal holds a degree from the Sports Academy and completed advanced Spa Management Training at the world-renowned Canyon Ranch in Arizona in 2015. These milestones supported her transition into leadership roles across high-end resorts, destination spas, casino hotels, and boutique wellness properties throughout Europe, Asia, and North America.
Her professional journey reflects deep expertise in spa operations, revenue optimization, and service excellence. She has held key positions including Director of Spa & Wellness, Spa Manager, and Spa Consultant for globally recognized brands and iconic properties such as Six Senses Hotels Resorts Spas, Discovery Land Company, and Chamonix Casino Hotel.
Known for her emotionally intelligent leadership and ability to elevate operational standards, Hilal consistently cultivates high-performing teams and creates immersive, transformative guest experiences. She skillfully bridges healing traditions with modern wellness innovations, always guided by authenticity, empathy, and a lifelong passion for well-being.

Conny Andersson is a Swedish-born chef and hospitality executive with over four decades of global experience spanning luxury hotels, wellness resorts, and culinary innovation. His journey began aboard the Sessan Passenger Line and expanded through leadership roles at iconic establishments such as L’Orangerie in Los Angeles and the Four Seasons Hotels across the Caribbean, Bali, Cairo, and the Maldives.
A pioneer in wellness-focused hospitality, Conny was instrumental in launching the “Eat with Six Senses” concept—an award-winning, health-forward culinary program that integrates nutrition, sustainability, and guest well-being. His approach to food as healing and experience as transformation has earned him global recognition.
He is also a contributing chef to Grow a New Body Cookbook: Morgan Freeman & Friends, where his commitment to clean, nourishing cuisine shines through with recipes that support longevity and wellness.

Nick Irani serves as the Director of Operations and Brand Development at Subtle Energies, an Australian-based wellness brand specializing in Ayurveda aromatherapy, natural skincare, and wellness solutions. As the son of founder Farida Irani, Nick has been integral to the company’s evolution from a clinical practice established in 1993 into a globally recognized brand featured in luxury spas and hotels worldwide.
In his role, Nick has been responsible for the successful rebranding and remodeling of Subtle Energies’ 30-year clinical heritage into a prominent wellness brand. He focuses on strategic direction, project management, and fostering global partnerships, ensuring that the company’s products and treatments align with authentic Ayurvedic principles while meeting contemporary wellness needs.

Oskar Havås is a seasoned finance executive and co-founder of Boyer Havas Group, a New York-based firm providing accounting and financial consulting services to the hospitality industry. With a career spanning over two decades, Oskar has held senior financial leadership roles at renowned hospitality brands, including Morgans Hotel Group, where he served as Vice President of Finance, and Ian Schrager Company, where he was the Corporate Controller.
At Boyer Havas Group, Oskar specializes in offering strategic financial guidance to hotels, resorts, restaurants, and nightlife venues. His expertise encompasses asset management, CFO consulting, interim taskforce assignments, and performance assessments, all tailored to help hospitality businesses make informed financial decisions.
